Due to COVID-19, product delivery may take somewhat longer than anticipated! We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for understanding.

There is a Tracking number for every order.

 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

All in-stock orders typically ship within 1-2 business days. You should receive an email once your item has shipped along with tracking info. It may take some time for the post office to scan and receive it. If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. Contact us and we will replace those items.  

 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes! International orders ship via the postal service. You may incur import duties or other customs fees depending on your country of residence. We can't keep track of these, and are not responsible if your order gets held up in customs. If you do not see your country available in the shipping options, please send us an email and we can most likely add it.

 

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

We offer Flat Worldwide Shipping Rate $5.99USD and Free Worldwide Shipping on Orders over $75.00USD.

 

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKES?

US orders take between 8 and 12 days to arrive at their destination. Some products with high demand can take up to 18 days.

International delivery usually takes between 10 – 25 business days.

 

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

You can track your order here: "Tracking Item" using the tracking number sent to you via email.

Most orders worldwide will be received within 1-2 weeks of placing your order, depending on the product ordered and the destination.

  

WHAT IS MY TRACKING NUMBER?

This is how you will be able to track your order. Your tracking number is sent to you via email and will be available 2-3 days after your order is placed. Please reach out if you haven’t received your tracking number 5 days after placing your order by contacting support.

 
I HAVE LOST MY TRACKING NUMBER. WHAT CAN I DO?

Simply contact us at support@homelecs.com with your full name and mailing address, and we will resend your confirmation number.

 

HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You must contact us within 12 hours.

We cannot cancel your order once it has already been shipped. If you want to cancel your order just contact us at support@homelecs.com with the email you used when purchased and your order number. 

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETUN POLICY?

Items are returnable up to 30 days after purchase.
